Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure; you
are responsible for activity under your account.
Membership has tiers (Free, Paid, Admin). Which features each tier can access is
set by us and may change as the product evolves; beta features may be modified or
withdrawn. Terms specific to paid subscriptions (pricing, billing, cancellation) will
be presented when paid subscriptions launch.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to breach
security, or violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
No scraping, bulk-downloading, reselling, or redistributing the site's data or
content without written permission.
No attempts to probe, overload, or disrupt the service or access other members'
data.
4. Market data & availability
Market data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or
inaccurate. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without
warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, reliability, fitness
for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPX Lens and its operators shall not be
liable for any losses or damages — including, without limitation, trading
