SPX Lens ("we", "us") operates www.spxlens.com. This policy explains, in plain
language, what information we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.
What we collect
Account information — when you create a member account: your full
name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and address. Your password is never
stored in readable form: we keep only a salted cryptographic hash.
Member content — trades you save in member tools (for example the
Risk Graph), including their legs, prices and performance marks.
Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, request
times) kept for security and debugging, and a single session cookie so you stay
logged in.
What we use it for
Operating member features: your account, saved trades, and access tiers.
Administering membership — including contacting you about your account or, if you
request it, about paid membership.
Keeping the service secure (rate limiting, abuse prevention).
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. The
only cookie we set is your own session (HttpOnly, secure).
We do not share personal data with our market-data providers —
market data flows one way, to you.
Where your data lives
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on our hosting provider's infrastructure in
the United States. Member account data is deliberately excluded from our automated
off-site data backups.
Your choices
You can delete your saved trades at any time inside the member tools.
You can request a copy of your data or full deletion of your account by contacting
us (below). We will act on verified requests promptly.
Children
SPX Lens is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect
information from minors.
